What are Arterial Conditions

Any of a number of conditions that can affect an artery. Arteries are blood vessels that deliver oxygenated blood from the heart to various parts of the body. Coronary artery disease, aneurysm and atherosclerosis are some of the more common conditions that may affect the arteries

What are Venous Conditions

Venous conditions are when the internal walls of the leg veins are deteriorated and the small valves are defective and incompetent. When a valve is incompetent, either in the deep or superficial vein system, blood flows backwards towards the foot.
